Procedure
Phosgene (1 mL, 20% in toluene) was added to a solution of (R)-N-(2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-4-yl)-3-(amino)pyrrolidine (102 mg) and pyridine (79 mg) in THF (5.6 mL) at 0° C. After stirring for 20 min, cyclopropylamine (228 mg) was added to the reaction and the reaction mixture was allowed to warm to room temperature. After stirring for 2 h, the reaction was quenched with water and THF was removed. The residue was purified by flash chromatography over silica gel (elution with 5% methanol in ethyl acetate) to give 110 mg (77%) of the desired product as solid.
