Reaction Steps
Prepare by the method of Example 21.2 using 1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoyl)-3-(2-(4-(1-(2-ethoxyethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl-amino)piperidin-1-yl)ethyl)-3-(3,4-difluorophenyl)pyrrolidine (0.8 g) and methanesulfonic acid (0.24 g, 2.43 mmol) to give the title compound: mp; 225-228° C.
