Reaction Steps
A solution of the product from example 18 step (iii) (0.111 g) in glacial acetic acid (5 ml) was stirred at 100° C. for 3 h and evaporated. Purification of the residue was by flash chromatography, eluting with 40% acetone in isohexane to give the title compound.
