Reaction Steps
The product from example 44 step (viii) (0.042 g) was treated with pyrrolidine (0.1 ml) in 1,4-dioxane (3 ml) at reflux for 6 h. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue triturated with diethyl ether/isohexane mixtures to leave the subtitle product as a pale yellow solid.
