Reaction Steps
The product from step (i) (0.04 g) was treated with Lawesson's reagent (0.037 g) according to the method of example 34 step (iv). Purification was by chromatography eluting with 1:1 ethyl acetate/isohexane to give the title product as a yellow solid.
