A mixture of the product from example 44 step (viii) (0.25 g) and benzylamine (0.14 ml) in dry 1,4-dioxane (3 ml) were heated at 60° C. for 36 h. After this time benzylamine (0.14 ml) and dry dimethylsulphoxide (2 ml) were added and the mixture was heated at 60° C. for a further 72 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure. Purification was by trituration with diethyl ether and water.
