A mixture of the product from example 42 step (i) (1 g) and ethanolamine (10 ml) was stirred at 90° C. for 14 hours. The mixture was diluted with water (10 ml) and the solid filtered. The solid was further washed with water and then dichloromethane to leave the subtitle product as a beige powder.
