The subtitle compound was prepared from the product from step (ii) (1.85 g) and 1-methyluracil (0.4 g) according to the method of example 42 step (iv). Purification was by biotage chromatography on silica eluting with 5% methanol in dichloromethane with 1% 0.880 ammonia present.
