4-Bromo-7-fluoro-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1-benzothiepin-5-one (0.200 g, 0.720 mmole) and N-[4-([(dimethylamino)sulfonyl]aminomethyl)-cyclohexyl]methylthiourea (0.250 g, 0.810 mmole) were heated at reflux for 18 hours, the solvent removed under reduced pressure and the crude product chromatographed (silica) to afford N′-(4-[(4,5-dihydrobenzo[2,3]thiepino[4,5-d][1,3]thiazol-2-ylamino)methyl]cyclohexylmethyl)-N,N-dimethylsulfamide.
