A mixture of 2-(2-bromo-1-methyl-4-phenyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)[1,3]thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidin-7-amine (Example 26) (0.02 g) and N-methylpiperazine (1 mL) were heated under microwave conditions (CEM explorer, 195° C., 1 hour). The solvent was evaporated in vacuo and the residue dissolved in EtOAc (10 mL), washed with water (2×10 mL), dried and the solvent evaporated in vacuo to give the title compound as a yellow solid (10 mg, 48%)
