Reaction Steps

The title compound is prepared following the procedure of Example 1, using hexahydro-4,6-ethanocycloprop[f]isoindole-1,3-(2H,3aH)-dione instead of hexahydro-4,7-ethenocycloprop[f]isoindole-1,3(2H,3aH)-dione and 1-(3-chloro-2-pyrazinyl)piperazine instead of 1-(6-chloro-2-pyrazinyl)piperazine hydrochloride and is converted to the hydrochloride salt; m.p. 245°-246° C.
