Reaction Steps
91 mg (0.29 mmol) of tert-butyl 3-(2-methylcyclohexyl)-3-propoxyazetidine-1-carboxylate are dissolved in 8 mL of dichloromethane. The reaction medium is immersed in an ice bath. 2 mL of trifluoroacetic acid are added. After 1 hour, the solvents are evaporated off. 113 mg in the form of a brown oil are used in the following step without further purification.
