70.4 mg of the target compound (0.21 mmol, 47.7%) was obtained using 1-(4-methylphenyl)piperazine (155 mg, 0.88 mmol), biphenyl-2-carbaldehyde (80 mg, 0.44 mmol) and NaBH(OAc)3 (284 mg, 1.32 mmol) according to the synthesis method of Compound 1.
