69 mg of the target compound (0.18 mmol, 21.7%) was obtained using 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (311 mg, 1.62 mmol), 2′-chlorobiphenyl-2-carbaldehyde (175 mg, 0.81 mmol) and NaBH(OAc)3 (523 mg, 2.43 mmol) according to the synthesis method of Compound 1.
