54.3 mg of the target compound (0.16 mmol, 36.4%) was obtained using 1-(4-methylphenyl)piperazine (154.8 mg, 0.88 mmol), biphenyl-3-carbaldehyde (80 mg, 0.44 mmol) and NaBH(OAc)3 (283.8 mg, 1.32 mmol) according to the synthesis method of Compound 1.
