Procedure

The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method of Example 1, from 2-bromo-pyridine (136 mg, 0.86 mmol) and (2-fluoro-phenyl)-pent-4-ynoyl-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (250 mg, 0.86 mmol). The crude residue was purified by flash chromatography (cyclohexane/AcOEt 4:1) to yield 240 mg (0.65 mmol, 76%) of (2-fluoro-phenyl)-(5-pyridin-2-yl-pent-4-ynoyl)-carbamic acid-tert-butyl ester as a white solid.
