11 g 5-bromo-3-phenyl-1H-(1,2,4)triazole, 13.2 g 2-bromo-1-(4-pyrimidin-2-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethanon and 28.2 g potassiumcarbonat in 300 mL acetone was stirred overnight at RT. The reaction was filtered and the filtrate was evaporated. The residue was purified by HPLC to give 1.45 g of the desired product. Rt: 1.08 min (method B), (M+H)+: 428/430
