58 mg methyl-(tetrahydro-furan-3-ylmethyl)-amine was added to 50 mg 2-(3,5-Bis-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-(1,2,4)triazol-1-yl)-1-(4-(6-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-piperazin-1-yl)-ethanone and 35 μl DIPEA in 1 mL DMSO. The reaction was stirred 3 h at 80° C. The mixture was purified by HPLC to give 44 mg of the desired product. Rt: 2.13 min (method M), (M+H)+: 575
