3-[3-{2-[2-(3-Chloropropoxy)phenyl]pyrrolidin-1-yl}-2-oxopyrazin-1(2H)-yl]-N-cyclopropyl-4-methylbenzamide (Example 324b, 0.23 g) and methylamine (1 mL) were heated in a CEM microwave in dioxane at 110° C. for 15 min. The resulting solution was concentrated in vacuo and purification by preparative HPLC (X-Bridge column using a 95-5% gradient of aqueous 0.2% ammonia in acetonitrile) gave the title compound as a solid (0.028 g).
