Reaction Steps

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 158e by using the 5-chloro-2-fluoro-4-{[(1R,2S)-2-{1-[(2-methoxyethoxy)methyl]-1H-pyrazol-5-yl}cyclohexyl]oxy}-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (139 mg, 0.257 mmol) prepared in Example 159c, 6 M HCl (5.0 mL) and methanol (4.0 mL), to yield the title compound (101 mg, 73%) as a pale yellow solid.
