Reaction Steps
Compound 56 was dissolved in CH2Cl2, and TFA was added under 0° C. The solution was stirred for 30 min and then concentrated. Purification by chromatography (silica, 1/1: Hexane/EtOAc, Rf=0.3) afforded compound 21 as a white solid.
