4-(2-(5-Amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)-3-methylbenzamide was prepared from 4-(2-(5-amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)-3-methylbenzoyl chloride (Example 116/Step 2) and ammonia following the procedures described for Example 117. 1H NMR (CDCl3): δ 8.60 (s, 1H), 8.35 (s, 1H), 8.05 (d, 1H), 7.65 (s, 1H), 7.51-7.53 (m, 2H), 7.13-7.21 (m, 2H), 3.09-3.16 (m, 4H), 2.51 (s, 3H), 2.34 (s, 3H).
