400 mg of 6-fluoro-3-[(E)-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-vinyl]-1-trityl-1H-indazol-5-ylamine synthesized in Production Example 182 was dissolved in 20 ml of chloroform, 20 ml of a saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate and 124 μl of chloroacetyl chloride were added thereto at 0° C., and then the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The organic layer was washed with water and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and then the solvent was evaporated, to give 495 mg of the title compound as a yellow solid.
