To a solution of 2.0 g (4.3 mmol) of the compound of Example 5 in 150 mL of toluene is added 2.1 g (4.3 mmol) of the compound of Example 4 and 3.0 mL (22 mmol) of triethylamine at ambient temperature. The reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 14 hours. The solvent is removed under vacuum and the residue is recrystallized twice from acetonitrile to give the title compound as a white solid melting at 249°-252° C.
