1-(3-Bromo-8-chloro-6,11-dihydro-5 H-benzo[5,6]cyclo-hepta[1,2-b] pyridin-11-yl)-4-[(4-piperidinyl)acetyl]piperazine (1 equivalent) (Formula 47.0, prepare as described in Preparative Example 11) and diphenylmethylbenzoylcarbonimidate (1.2 equivalents) [prepare as described in: A. Buschauer, Arch. Pharm., 377-378 (1987)] are dissolved in 2-propanol and the mixture is heated as described in Example 1 above to give the title compound (Formula 24.0).
