Reaction Steps
7.97 g (37.0 mmol) BOC-L-proline and 3.09 ml (37.0 mmol) pyrrolidine were coupled according to procedure A. Yield of crude product 11.9 g. The product was purified with a silica column using 2.5–5% methanol in dichloromethane as eluent. Yield 8.31 g (31.0 mmol 84%).
