实验过程

A solution of Compound 18 (5 g, 12.80 mmol) in 30 mL neat phosphorus oxychloride was heated at 100° C. for 3 h. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was suspended in ice water and neutralized by solid sodium bicarbonate. The solids formed were filtered, washed by water, and purified by flash chromatography eluting with 1% methanol in dichloromethane to yield 1.51 g (38%) of yellow solids. M.P. 219° C. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 2.40 (s, 3H), 5.54 (s, 2H), 7.23–7.26 (m, 3H), 7.29–7.32 (m, 2H), 7.45 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.61 (dd, J=1.5, 8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.89 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H). EIMS m/z 309 (M+1), 331 (M+23).
