A vial was charged with 4-chloro-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-6-yl pivalate (13.3 mg, 0.19 mmol, Compound D of Example 1), 1-(3-fluoro-4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(2-phenylacetyl)thiourea (16 mg, 0.05 mmol), cesium carbonate (spatula tip) and DMF (2 mL) and warmed to 100° C. for 26 h. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash chromatography to give the title compound (6.2 mg, 25%) as a white solid. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 12.46 (s, 1H), 8.50 (s, 1H), 7.88 (m, 3H), 7.40 (m, 4H), 7.31 (m, 2H), 3.75 (s, 3H), 2.44 (s, 3H), 1.40 (s, 9H); MS(ESI+) m/z 536 (M+H)+.
