Reaction Steps

The compound (502.6 mg) obtained in Example 103-6 was dissolved in methanol (2.5 ml) and cooled with ice. Then, the solution was added with a suspension of 10% palladium-carbon (251.3 mg) in ethanol (2 ml), followed by stirring at room temperature for 2 hours under a hydrogen atmosphere. After the reaction, the solution was filtrated through Celite and the solvent was then distilled off, thereby obtaining the subject compound (382.4 mg) as a white solid.
