Utilizing the material from Example 255 Step A, the title compound was prepared in analogous fashion using propyl iodide as the alkyl halide and following the procedure of Step B-D of Example 255, as an amorphous tan solid. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz) δ 0.94 (t, 2H), 1.40–2.01 (m, 6H), 2.65–2.70 (t, J=9.6 Hz, 2H), 2.70–2.95 (m, 2H), 2.95–3.45 (m, 7H)), 3.3.60–3.95 (m, 1H), 6.37 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 6.46 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 1H), 6.64 (t, J=7.6 Hz) ppm. MS (CI): 258 (M+H+).
