Utilizing the material from Example 255 Step A, the title compound was prepared in analogous fashion using n-butyl iodide as the alkyl halide and following the procedure of Step B-D of Example 255, as a viscous brown liquid. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 Mhz) δ 0.95 (t, 3H), 1.30–1.45 (m, 2H), 1.50–1.65 (m, 2H), 1.95–2.15 (m, 2H), 2.65–2.80 (m, 2H), 2.65–2.80 (m, 2H), 2.85–3.08 (m, 1H), 3.08–3.22 (m, 3H), 3.22–3.40 (m, 6H), 3.68–3.78 (m, 1H), 6.38 (d, J=7.1 Hz), 6.46 (d, J=7.1 Hz, 1H), 6.66 (t, J=7.7 Hz, 1H) ppm. MS (CI): 436 (M+H+).
