To a solution of compound 2 (1 equivalent) in DMF, at ambient temperature, was added morpholine (1.2 equivalents). After 24 hours, the solvent was evaporated and the crude product 5 was used without purification. FIA/MS (M+1) 333.3, (M−1) 331.2. 1H NMR was consistent with expected structure.
