Reaction Steps
Using 1-benzyl-4-methyl-1,3-dihydro-1,5-benzodiazepin-2(2H)-one, the title compound was synthesized in substantially the same manner as in Working Example 21 in a yield of 69%, m.p. 152°-154° C. (diethyl ether).
