Procedure
To a cooled solution (0°-5° C.) of 4.0 g of 1-[(4-butylphenyl)methyl]-1-(6-hydroxyhexyl)-3-(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)urea and 2.6 ml of triethylamine in 90 ml of dichloromethane was added dropwise a solution of 0.8 ml of methanesulfonyl chloride in 10 ml of dichloromethane. The resulting solution was allowed to come to room temperature and was stirred for 16 hours. The procedure of Example 515 was continued and gave 4.5 g of the desired product as a light yellow oil in 97% yield
