Procedure

Using (3aR*,10aS*)-4-(chloroacetyl)-9-[4-[3-(4-methoxybenzyl)ureido]benzyl]-2,3,3a,4,9,10a-hexahydro-benzo[b]cyclopenta[e][1,4]diazepin-10(1H)-one, the title compound was synthesized in otherwise the same manner as Example 30. Yield 38%, m.p. 155.5°-158.5° C. (ethanol-diethyl ether).
