Reaction Steps

A suspension of 0.52 g (1.62 mmol) of the compound obtained in Step 2 (diastereoisomer 1) and of 0.1 g of Pd/Al2O3 in 60 ml of EtOH is hydrogenated at 20° C. under 1 bar for 16 hours. The mixture is then filtered and concentrated in vacuo to yield the title compound in the form of a foam.
