Reaction Steps
The reaction procedure of Example 57 was followed except that 158 mg of 2-chloronicotinoyl chloride, 68 mg of ammonium thiocyanate and 185 mg of 4-(propylamino)benzotrifluoride were used. As a result, 106 mg of 2-[N-propyl-N-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)amino]-4H-pyrido[3,2-e]-1,3-thiazin-4-one was obtained.
