Procedure
The reaction procedure of Example 57 was followed except that 230 mg of 2-chloronicotinoyl chloride, 100 mg of ammonium thiocyanate and 270 mg of ethyl 4-(propylamino)benzoate were used. As a result, 418 mg of ethyl 4-[N-(4-oxo-4H-pyrido[3,2-e]-1,3-thiazin-2-yl)-N-propylamino)benzoate was obtained.
