Reaction Steps
N-(2-Amino-3-bromo-5-methoxy-benzyl)-piperidine was prepared from N-(2-amino-5-methoxy-benzyl)-piperidine and bromine analogous to Example 9. Proof of structure by IR-, UV- and NMR-spectra. IR-spectrum (methylenechloride): 3240 cm-1NH2 ; 3400 cm-1NH2 ; 2830 cm-1OCH3 ; 2790 cm-1N-alkyl; 1480 cm-1C=C; 1590 cm-1C=C.
