Procedure
The ester of example 21 (34 mg, 0.107 mmol) was reacted with 0.1M NaOH (3.2 ml) in a mixture of THF (2.0 ml) and water (0,5 ml) for 26 h at 45° C. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the remanens was dissolved in water (1.0 ml), cooled in an ice bath and the pH was adjusted to 2.5 with 0.5 M hydrochloric acid. The precipitate was filtered off, washed with water and dried to give 20 mg (65%) of the title compound. 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6):δ5.0 (s, 2H), 7.2 (d, 1H), 7.41 (d, 1H), 12.33 (s, 1H), 13.18 (br.s, 1H).
