By using the method of Example 15, 4-bromo crotonyl chloride and 6-amino-4-(3-chloro-4-fluoro-phenylamino)-7-methoxy-quinoline-3-carbonitrile was converted to the title compound which was obtained as a solid that could be purified with boiling methanol.
