The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 19 employing 3-amino-6-chloro-2-trimethylacetylindole (Example 89) and acetyl chloride. m.p.: 190-193° C. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ: 10.46 (1H, br s), 8.40 (1H, br s), 8.22 (1H, d, J=9.2 Hz), 7.29 (1H, s), 7.05 (1H, d, J=9.2 Hz), 2.29 (3H, s), 1.42 (9H, s)
