3-(3-Pyridin-4-yl-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazin-2-yl)-phenylamine (prepared as described in Example 3) (30 mg, 0.097 mmol) was dissolved in dry DCM (1 mL) under nitrogen atmosphere. Triethylamine (0.018 mL, 0.126 mmol, 1.3 eq) and phenylchloroformate (0.015 mL, 0.117 mmol, 1.2 eq) were added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The reaction mixture was diluted with DCM and washed with water, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated to dryness. The residue was taken up with ethylether and filtered to give 27 mg (65%) of [3-(3-pyridin-4-yl-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazin-2-yl)-phenyl]-carbamic acid phenyl ester as white solid.
