The procedure described in Example 2 was followed, using 2.5 g of 4-n-butylphenyl isocyanate, 5.0 g of 3-{4-[3-(4-chlorophenyl)propyl]piperazin-1-yl}propanethiol dihydrochloride, 1.4 g of triethylamine and 50 ml of methylene chloride, to give 2.7 g (34% of theory) of N-(4-n-butylphenyl-S-{3-[4-[3-(4-chlorophenyl)propyl]piperazin-1-yl]propyl}thiocarbamate dihydrochloride as a white crystalline solid, m.p. 270°-272° C.
