Reaction Steps
197 mg (0.5 mmol) of 4-[1-(3-ethoxycarbonylaminobenzyl)-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl]benzoic acid are suspended in 2 ml of DMF, and 30 μl (0.5 mmol) of ethanolamine, 112 μl (1 mmol) of 4-methylmorpholine, 70 mg (0.5 mmol) of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and 194 (1 mmol) of N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride are added. The reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 24 h and purified by means of prep. HPLC.
