100 mg (0.30 mmol) of ethyl[3-(6-oxo-3-thiocarbamoyl-6H-pyridazin-1-yl-methyl)phenyl]carbamate are suspended in 2 ml of EtOH, and 101 mg (0.36 mmol) of 2-bromo-1-(4-pyridinyl)ethanone hydrobromide are added. The reaction mixture is stirred at 80° C. for 15 h. The precipitate formed is filtered off with suction and washed with ethanol and dried in vacuo. The crude product is purified by means of preparative HPLC.
