Azetidin-1-yl(7-(piperazin-1-yl)benzofuran-2-yl)methanone (0.070 g, 0.25 mmol) was dissolved in methanol (1 mL). 2-Methoxy-6-vinylpyridine (0.066 g, 0.49 mmol) and acetic acid (0.014 mL, 0.25 mmol) were added. The mixture was heated by microwave irradiation to 120° C. for 10 h. The product was purified by preparative HPLC to give the title compound. Yield: 0.044 g (43%).
