To a solution of N-(5-nitro-2-(2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)ethoxy)phenyl)acetamide (430 mg) in EtOH (10 mL) was added Pd/C (200 mg) and was charged with H2 (1 atm). After stirring for 3 h, Pd/C was removed by filtration and the filtrate was concentrated to give N-(5-amino-2-(2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)ethoxy)phenyl)acetamide (380 mg).
