The title compound was prepared from rac-[1-(4-chloro-phenyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester and isopropanol in analogy to Example 9c): MS (ISP): 404.4 (M+H)+.
