Dess Martin Reagent (432 mg, 1.02 mmol) was added to a solution of Intermediate 34 (250 mg, 0.51 mmol) in THF (5 mL) and DCM (5 mL). The resultant mixture was stirred at rt for 2 h. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the crude solid was purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with 0-10% DCM-MeOH to afford the title compound as a white solid (250 mg). ES/MS calcd. for C28H38N5O3+ 492.3. found m/z=492.3 (M+H)+.
